dbok supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT; no currency conversion is applied by dbok to BDT-denominated transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method and may be updated by dbok from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your dbok account. It is your responsibility to check these limits before initiating a transaction.
All funds deposited into your dbok account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been verified as part of the KYC process. dbok does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be declined and returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. dbok is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing windows.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on dbok, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dbok reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or as a result of a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
For live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers, and for slots and fishing games supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers, the game rules and RTP (Return to Player) information are governed by the respective software provider. dbok does not modify game outcomes, payout percentages, or RNG behaviour. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the dbok platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
dbok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. dbok is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, third-party payment processor delays, or events beyond dbok's reasonable control.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, dbok's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In no event shall dbok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dbok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dbok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dbok may forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Verified balances arising from genuine deposits and legitimate winnings will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after any applicable deductions.
